DMCA Policy

At Rush Rally 3 (accessible from https://rushrally3.com), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content hosted on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of infringement by contacting us at:

Email: CEO@rushrally3.com

In your notification, please include the following information, as required by the DMCA:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website (please provide URLs or other identifying information).
  • Your contact information, including an email address, physical address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, a counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

You may submit your counter-notification to:

Email: support@rushrally3.com

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, it is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to disable access to or terminate the accounts of any user who infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.

4. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Please review this page regularly for updates. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
